Summer Activities
Green Mountain Adventure Challenge
Experience the beauty of the Mount Snow valley and the national forest in the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge. Participants in this unique event follow a series of clues to track down locations and checkpoints on the path to a final objective. Not only does this challenge take you to various beautiful locations, the winner will take home a cash prize and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
The challenge runs from May 1st till September 15th. It is not a “real time” race. The checkpoints are permanent so participants can complete the challenge at different times. It typically takes 1-2 days to complete. Come prepared for the outdoors with good shoes, sunblock and insect repellant as the challenge itself involves hiking, river crossings, and climbing towers. You’ll also need to solve puzzles and decipher clues as you move from checkpoint to checkpoint.
We are delighted to offer a package to the adventure challenge participants. The package includes event passes and accommodations for two people in one of our Traditional rooms at $399 +tax. As always, the package includes our signature cook to order Snow Goose breakfast in the mornings and wine & cheese in the evenings.
